Support can be provided as a one off consultation or as a remedy for a particular incident or fix.
There are no contracts for home user repairs and advice, we prefer to operate on a pay as you go type environment.
As with the training personnel,the support personnel are also CRB rated.

A visit from a technician to your own location means that the fault can be diagnosed in situ without the need to take the computer to a shop and potentially disturb it, thus the fault cannot be found. If the requirement is for an upgrade or an enhancement this can again be done in the home location, therefore there is no need to carry computer's backwards and forwards to suppliers..
